1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused

• Original condition maintained

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items

• Items returned without approval

3. Return Process

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photo evidence (if needed)

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
